Mrs. Siebert's Terrific Kid is Peyton Baker. Peyton is always willing to lend a helping hand. She consistently helps Ms. Gloria with the breakfast cleanup and does it so quietly it is normally done before I realize it. Peyton is also honest and dependable. I know that if I ask her to do something it will get done and get done efficiently. I have enjoyed having Peyton in my homeroom and am honored to have her represent us as out April Terrific Kid!
The Terrific Kid for April is a special title for someone who represents ALL the pillars combined. Well, Abigail Johnson definitely does this and much more. Her character is one that shows respect for all others all the time, responsibility for the way she keeps up with her assignments, caring in the way she treats her classmates and adults around her, citizenship in the way she carries herself, fairness for doing things in a way that benefits everyone, and above all, trustworthiness because I can count on her to be honest and truthful always! Thank you, Abigail for being all these things and for being a bright and shining example to others. You are very much appreciated and loved! Mrs. Andrews and the Alligators.
Our class is excited to put forward, Darold Stern, as our Terrific Kid. Darold has worked extremely hard to earn this honor. He is kind, caring, and loyal to his friends, and always has his teacher's back. Darold is one of the most trustworthy young men I have ever had the pleasure to teach. The things that set Darold apart in the realm of trustworthiness is the ability to tell the whole truth, making promises he intends to keep, and a sense of loyalty to his friends and classmates. Darold is the CEO of our classroom charity business. He keeps up with the books, recording our daily totals, and making sure no one is cheated. He is also a super classroom helper. No job is too big for Darold. If you want a job done and done right, Darold is your go to guy. We love you Darold, your star is shining bright today!!! Jace Wilson, thank you for your courage to be an example of kindness, honesty, and thoughtfulness. You choose every day to be an example of all of those things and set the bar from the beginning for all of our class to reach. If all students at all schools were like Jace than the schools would turn out people who will make our world the best it could ever be. Ethan Alves is our Terrific Kid for this month. He is such a hard worker with a great personality. He gives it his all 100% of the time, it doesn't matter how tough it gets, he just gets tougher. Mariyah Baker is the epitome of strength and courage. She is not afraid to take risks, she has the strength to be compassionate, as well as the wisdom to be humble. She does not let fear stop her. Congratulations Mariyah! You are truly TERRIFIC!
Ella Garrison was chosen as this month's Terrific Kid because of her awesomeness. Ella is kind and caring and her classmates know they can count on her. She follows directions and does what is expected each day. Her teachers really appreciate that about her. Keep working hard Ella's! We love you!

Greyson Pelham is always on task. He never fusses or complains. He never gives up! He just quietly works and works and works! Plus, he is always polite and respectful! Greyson, you are one Terrific Kid!
Gavin Pelham is our Terrific Kid for this month. He definitely has true GRIT! He is one that will never give up even when the going gets tough. Whether he is struggling with a word or a math problem on Prodigy, he doesn't let that frustrate him, he sticks with it and ends up figuring it out. He gives it his all 100% of the time. My Terrific Kid for March is Cruz Powell! I easily chose Cruz as our Terrific Kid for this month as he is one hard working kid. He always gives his best at everything he does, which surely leads to success! Cruz is also kind, fun, respectful, and an all around great kid. Congratulations, Cruz, for being so Terrific!
My Terrific Kid this month is Rose Rollins. She has a quiet, sweet and gentle spirit. She has a big huge heart and wouldn't hurt anything or anyone. She has empathy for others as well and the children say she is a great friend. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know her. She has had a bit of a rough year for various reasons and keeps on trying and doing what is expected of her. She has perseverance and determination at the same time. James Marini has a "can do it" attitude! When he faces challenges or difficulties, he has the drive to keep working even when he wants to give up. James knows the job needs to get done and should be to the best of his ability. So he digs in, tries harder, and sticks with it, even when he's frustrated. Way to go James!
Kinsley Huffstetler has a beautiful light that shines so bright in our classroom. Her character is something that all our classmates can look up to. She always helps her teammates when they need it and practices the Mustang way every day! She shows her classmates how to be a team player, friend, and most of all a person someone can look up to.
