Beginning Monday, June 1st, student-athletes/parents from all sports will be able to access Athletic Clearance to begin the process of getting cleared to participate in PJSHS Athletics for the '26-'27 school year. Please pay attention to the following items that have been added to the clearance process. The only one below that applies to everyone is the Panther Life Contract.
EL1 -ECG Screening form - required form starting July 1, 2026...applies only to ALL incoming 9th graders and NEW student athletes in grades 10-12.
EL1/2s - this form replaces page five of the EL2 and applies only to those who require a follow-up for either the EL1 or the EL2
ME1 - For use by Medical doctors to exempt a student athlete from the ECG requirement.
PJSHS PANTHER LIFE CONTRACT(found in Signatures Tab)-is now a MANDATORY document that must be signed by ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES and PARENTS before a student-athlete will be cleared.
This Online Athletic Clearance Instructions file should assist in walking everyone through the process. The Fall Sports(Volleyball, Golf, Cross Country, Swimming, Bowling, and Football) will take priority with those student-athletes getting cleared first.
