Friday Night Lights are back! 🏈

In this episode of The Pulse, Superintendent Dr. Rick Surrency sits down with PCSD’s 2026 football coaches to talk about the excitement and opportunities ahead this season:

Coaches discuss their goals for the season and their commitment to supporting student-athletes both on and off the field. From nutrition, hydration, and physical conditioning to mental preparedness, they emphasize the importance of developing the whole student. Most importantly, academics remain at the forefront, because education is the foundation for success long after the final whistle.

🚌 Bus registration is open for the 2026-27 school year! If you've already registered this year, you're all set. If not, please print, complete, and return the transportation packet to your child's school or the Transportation Department as soon as possible to help ensure your child's bus stop is ready for the first day of school on August 10.

Volleyball try-outs start Monday at the Cube, then they are back at the high school on Tuesday. Varsity try-outs on Monday are 1:30-3:00p.m. JV try-outs are 3:00-4:30p.m. Junior High try-outs are 4:30-6:30p.m.
