The flu vaccine will be offered free of charge by Health Hero Florida to all district students on November 2nd at each school. Influenza vaccine consent forms were distributed to all district students this week. If you would like to access the forms, please see PCSD Health Documents.
Parents: If you would like your child to be vaccinated, please complete, sign, and return the consent form to your child's school by Thursday, October 28th. Thank you!
