Notice is hereby given that members of the Putnam County School Board will tour Palatka Intermediate School, located at 156 Horseman Club Road, Palatka, FL. 32177 on January 27, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of this tour is to observe the new school facility. No official School Board action will be taken during this tour. This tour is not open to the public. However, in accordance with Florida’s Government-in-the-Sunshine Law, Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, the discussions of School Board members during this tour will be conducted in the open and no decisions will be made.

The Putnam County School Board will meet on February 3, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. The meeting will take place in the the board meeting room at the Putnam County School District Administrative office, 200 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177.

School Facilities Naming Committee

The Putnam County School District School Facilities Naming Committee will hold the first meeting on December 3rd, 2025 at 1:00 PM to consider renaming the batting cages at the Jim McCool Field located at the Azalea Bowl to the "Ben Bates Batting Cages".
