Six Priorities. One Shared Future.
During our strategic planning process, we provided our stakeholders with opportunities to help us identify the next set of priorities for our school district. Our survey responses, focus groups, and feedback cycles provided the insights we needed to define six priorities in our new strategic plan. Over the next three years, these priorities and annual actions will guide our decision making as part of our district’s approach to continuous improvement.

Priority 1: College, Career, and Life Readiness
Provide students and families with a positive and rewarding school experience focused on college, career, and life readiness.
Priority 2: Engaging and Consistent Instruction
Accelerate student growth and achievement by delivering consistently engaging and effective instruction across all schools and classrooms.
Priority 3: Safe and Supportive Environment
Ensure a safe and encouraging school environment that provides additional support for students and staff when needed.
Priority 4: Informed and Involved Families
Optimize all types of communication to keep families informed and create opportunities for their involvement in the school system.
Priority 5: Professional and Collaborative Workplace
Foster a professional workplace environment that values collaboration and leverages collective strengths to improve outcomes.
Priority 6: Financial and Operational Responsibility
Promote integrity and responsibility with all financial and operational decisions to support long-term student success and district sustainability.
Tracking District Progress
Our district success is measured by student growth and achievement. We remain committed to increasing our district grade and have a renewed focus on improving indicators that are important to our families and business community. District progress is tracked using indicators aligned with these performance goals.
