New Teacher Mentor Program

Starting your teaching journey is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why our mentors are here to support every new educator from day one.

Our mentors are experienced, compassionate, and dedicated educators who understand what it means to navigate the first years of teaching. They offer steady support, practical advice, and real-world strategies on everything from classroom management to lesson planning, collaborating with colleagues, and building partnerships with families.

More than just answering questions, mentors share their lived experience: how to build a positive learning environment, connect with every student, and grow as a professional. Through regular check-ins, coaching, and institute sessions across the year, mentors help new teachers build confidence, find balance, and feel truly connected to our school family.

Together, we ensure every new teacher feels supported, empowered, and never alone.
