*CREW Club at James. A Long will also serve students from William D. Moseley Elementary School. Participating students will be transported daily by school bus from Moseley to James A. Long at dismissal.
Tuition is based on a rate of $10 per day for the first child and $8 per day for each additional sibling. Payment will be due each Monday for the upcoming week. Weekly tuition will be adjusted for scheduled days when CREW Club is closed.

PCSD is awaiting final decisions regarding the 2026-27 21st Century Community Learning Centers grants. We are also completing the approval process to become a School Readiness provider through Episcopal Children's Services (ECS).
If funding becomes available, eligible families may qualify for free or reduced-cost after-school care.
Until those decisions are finalized, CREW Club will begin the school year with a Parent-Pay option.
Families who cannot begin with the Parent-Pay option are still encouraged to apply.
On the application, simply indicate that your child can attend only if free or reduced-cost funding becomes available.
PCSD will contact eligible families as soon as grant-funded or ECS-supported opportunities become available.
One application is required per child.
Select a four-day or five-day schedule.
Tell us whether you wish to begin with Parent-Pay or wait for grant/subsidized funding.
