Transportation

Welcome to PCSD Transportation

We take pride in transporting our students safely each day!

Important Information

Bus Registration is Required.

Every student who plans to ride a school bus must complete a new transportation registration packet each school year.

Bus Registration is Now Open!

If your child will ride a PCSD bus during the school year, please complete a transportation registration packet.

To register:

  1. Download and print the Bus Registration Packet.

  2. Complete all required forms.

  3. Return the completed packet to your child's school or the Transportation Department.

We encourage families who have not yet registered to submit their forms as soon as possible to help ensure their child's bus stop is established before the first day of school.

Students in Grade 3 and Below

Families of students in third grade and below must complete the Bus Stop Release Authorization included in the registration packet indicating whether:

  • A parent or authorized adult will meet the child

  • The child may be released independently

  • The child may be released to an older sibling

  • The child may be released to another authorized adult

If no authorized person is present and no written authorization has been provided, the student will be returned to school.

My Stop by Versatrans

Real-Time Bus Tracking for PCSD Families
My Stop by Versatrans is a simple, secure tool that allows parents and guardians to view the location of their child’s school bus and get an estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the bus stop — right from a smartphone or computer. The system updates in real-time using GPS data, so you always know when to expect the bus.

Instructions

  • Download the Versatrans My Stop app

    • Available for free in the App Store and on Google Play

  • Login Credentials:

    • User ID: StudentFirstInitial.StudentLastName (Example: j.smith)

    • Password: Student’s date of birth in MMDDYYYY format (Example: 07042012 for July 4, 2012)

Once logged in, you'll see a map displaying your child’s bus location in real time, along with the estimated time of arrival (ETA) at their assigned stop. The location updates automatically as the bus moves along the route, helping you better plan for drop-off and pick-up.

Features Include:

  • Live Bus Tracking — Know exactly where your child's bus is and when it’s expected to arrive.

  • Estimated Arrival Time — ETAs adjust in real time based on traffic, weather, or delays.

  • Push Notifications — Receive important alerts from the district, such as route changes or delays.

  • User-Friendly App — Easy-to-use interface available on both iOS and Android devices.

  • Secure Access — Only parents/guardians with the correct login credentials can view student transportation info.

📌 Note: Information is updated only while buses are actively running their routes. If the bus has completed its route or hasn’t started yet, the map may not display any data.
