PCSD's 21st Century Community Learning Centers After-School Program

The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) after-school program provides free academic support and enrichment activities for students in grades Pre-K through 12 at the following PCSD schools:

  • Browning-Pearce Elementary School

  • Crescent City Jr.-Sr. High School

  • James A. Long Elementary School

  • Kelley Smith Elementary School

  • Melrose Elementary School

  • Middleton-Burney Elementary School

  • Robert H. Jenkins, Jr. Elementary School

  • William D. Moseley Elementary School

Program Dates:

August 12, 2025 – May 21, 2026
(Note: Kelley Smith and Browning-Pearce sites end May 27, 2026)

Monday – Thursday | 2.5 hours after school
On-site only | No bus transportation provided
Must attend the school listed above to participate

What does the Program Provide?

  • Homework Help

  • Reading & Math Tutoring

  • STEAM Enrichment Activities

  • Recreational Opportunities

  • Daily Afternoon Snack

  • Support from Certified PCSD Teachers

Important News:

  • Space is limited per grade level and school.

  • This is not a drop-in program — consistent attendance is required.

  • Families must pick up students daily.

  • Participation in family events and learning nights is expected.
