PEP Fee Structure

Terms and Conditions

Parents using PEP scholarship funds with direct payment through the Education Marketplace (EMA) platform will be invoiced when contracted services begin.

Contracted Services for Assessment Fees, Course Setup Fees, and Technology Rental Fees are non-refundable.

The minimum charge, called a Course Setup Fee, for each enrolled course is $50.00. 

PCSD provides students with a 14 day withdrawal window after a course begins to determine whether or not they want to continue the course. For on campus instruction, a second withdrawal window is provided before the start of a new quarter.

If a course is dropped within the 14 day window, the District will only request payment for the Course Setup Fee. For direct payment purposes, services are considered delivered after all withdrawal windows have closed.

PCSD will request direct payment through the EMA platform according to the sample tables below:

Requirements

Students must be receiving contracted services and be enrolled in the course in order to take a corresponding exam and/or attempt to earn an industry certification. 

The district has an annual opt-in window for statewide assessments from March 1 to April 1.
