In January 2026, we began the process of developing a new strategic plan to identify priorities and long term goals based on stakeholder feedback and the needs of our students.
During our strategic planning process, we provided our stakeholders with opportunities to help us identify the next set of priorities for our school district. Our survey responses, focus groups, and feedback cycles provided the insights we needed to define six priorities in our new 2026-2029 strategic plan.
