As we enter or Fall and Winter season it is very important to ensure that your students name is written inside the winter clothes. We already have 20+ jackets that are missing their owner in our lost and found. Please make sure there is a name on your students clothing and this will help us make sure that it gets back home with them.
Thank you so much.

Congratulations to two of the most selfless people on our campus. Mrs. Elsagga was named our Teacher of the Year and Mrs Brock was named our School Related Employee of the Year. Both of our school representatives are deserving of this recognition and we can't wait to see them shine at the district level!

Here is some information on a Red Ribbon Contest that students and their families may enter.

🌟 October is National Principals Month! 🌟
In Putnam County, our principals do more than manage schools — they inspire futures. They guide teachers, encourage students, partner with families, and bring communities together so learning can thrive. Their leadership makes a lasting impact on every classroom and every child.
This month, and every month, we celebrate our PCSD principals for leading with heart, vision, and dedication. Thank you for helping us shape tomorrow, today. 💙💚

Here is our October Newsletter.

Attendance Matters: FTE Week is October 6–10!
Every student counts–literally! During FTE Week, the state of Florida calculates school funding based on student attendance. If a student is absent, they are not included in the count, and our schools lose vital funding for teachers, programs, and services.
Make sure your child is in school every day October 6–10! Together, we can give PCSD students the resources they need to succeed.

The IJSHS Cheerleaders and Football Players will be at our school again this Friday. Our students can pay $1.00 for RAM Spirit Dots. This will be done first thing in the morning.

We had an amazing couple of days at Robert H. Jenkins, Jr. Elementary School. It was such a joy to see so many dads, uncles, older brothers, grandfathers or other father figures today and yesterday eating breakfast with the students. We shared some tips and reminders of how important it is to just SHOW UP. You don't have to do everything perfect; they only want you to be there. Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to partner with us to support OUR KIDS. We hope the QR Code we gave you with resources is invaluable. You can also find resources to help your child at https://www.putnamschools.org.
