All Grades need Hepatitis B Series and MMR
Kindergarten through Sixth Grade are required to have Varicella ( Chicken Pox) vaccine

7th Grade Requirements:
HEP B - 3
MMR - 2
TD or TDAP- 1
 

Immunizations for Kindergarten:

DTAP - 4 or 5*
HEP B - 3
MMR - 2
IPV - 3 or 4*
HIB - 1 to 4*
VZV - 2
* difference in number of immunizations required is determined by the age the immunizations were started or if the required number were completed when the child turned 4 years of age.
 

Other immunizations that are available but are not mandatory

The HPV- Human Papillomavirus vaccine-This vaccine is recommended for girls and women 13 to 26 years of age. It is given as a three dose series. The HPV vaccine prevents certain types of cervical cancer in women.

The Menactra vaccine- This vaccine helps prevent meningococeal disease and is available free for school age children 11 and older.
