Level 2 Screening

Information regarding the Jessica Lunsford Act. 

Effective September 1, 2005.  

Please bring this information with you to the Human Resources Department (Room 5) in the Campbell Administration Building, 200 South Seventh Street, Palatka, Florida

You will need a picture ID and your money order or confirmation sheet showing prepayment.

It would be helpful to the staff if you can call ahead as to when you are coming.
